1. Project Management for Development Projects, working with different teams to ensure meet targets schedules for Customer Samples and Time to Market (TTM).
2. Work closely with the Design engineering teams at Toronto-Canada, Harrisburg-US and Shenzhen-China to support different development activities on new products.
3. Participation on Design Reviews and provide collective feedback to Design Engineers on components and assembly Connectors (DFM).
4. Preliminary test Analysis on NPI Laboratory for the connectors to issue report with comments and suggestions from the different test.
5. Collect process data and analyses, recommendations to optimize assembly process, suggestions to ME to improve assembly yield.
6. Support and Coordinate qualification & customer samples thru NPI personnel.
7. Will be responsible to Transfer to Operations/Production once all development documents and qualifications are completed.

1. Bachelor’s degree or above
2. Experience in Engineering (Manufacturing, Materials or Mechanical) 5-8 years relevant experience.
3. Fundamental understanding of manufacturing processes from component manufacture, assembly, and application use.
4. Strong problem-solving skills, capable of using data to analyze process and product problems – SPC, Six Sigma Tools, etc.
5. Experience in high-speed stamping, injection molding, precious metal plating or manufacturing connector background preferred.
6. Strong communication and interpersonal skills
7. Strong MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint required.
8. Soildworks, CAD software experience.
