People management & Development: (i)Provide feedback timely to supervisor; and (ii)Support other engineers on training and job assistance in order to achieve targeted department performance Pricing (quotation): (i)Prepare the cost sheets (incl. tooling list, manufacturing process, etc.) (ii)Work with engineering and production team to finalize manufacturing process for cost simulation. in order to gain more business by providing competitive new project cost. CER preparation: (i)Prepare the new project related CER applications,and monitor the CER achievement(like amount, cost down trend and production life, mass production ramp up schedule etc.); (ii)Work with related departments to provide supporting documents for CER approval needs. in order to get the CER approved by management smoothly. Project management: (i)Periodically review his(or her) project process and release daily(or weekly) reports for ongoing projects,update the projects on the website and database; (ii)Save/update project documents in Moss system; (iii)Host project meetings (e.g. kick-off); (iv)Provide summary reports to related departments regarding on-going new projects. in order to introduce new project to the plant successfully. Production coordination: (i)Set working guidelines for project engineers to resolve issues in mass production process; and (ii)provide technical suggestions and coordinate resources to the production issues in order to improve manufacturing process. REQUIREMENTS Bachelor degree in science or engineering Minimum 2-year's working experiences with 1-year's project management experience.
