职位信息

岗位职责：: Responsibility:

1.根据生产排程及订单准备模具及换模所需的所有备品；

Prepare the tool according to production schedule before tool change and make sure all spare parts ready;

2.根据计划安排及时更换模具；

Change the tool on time according to the production plan.

3.开机前的原材料的准备和确认；

Raw material preparation or double check before machine start up.

4.确认所有的工艺参数，并负责正确地在机台操作面板中输入所需的参数；

Check all the settings, set correct parameters in the IBED of injection moulding machine;

5.参考工艺条件，制作首样样品并在送检前自检，并将首样送检；

Produce first-off sample and submit first -off sample and first-off sheet;

6.巡查和监控批量生产制成中的注塑工艺，保证产品品质，保证负责的机台稳定高效地运转；

Check and control process during mass production process, ensuring product quality are accepted,and ensure respobsible machines running stable and efficient;

7.生产问题的解决，填写相关的巡查记录；

Trouble shooting and fill out related check list;

8.做好日常的生产中模具保养。

Request:

1.高中及以上学历；

Senior school or above;
2.从事注塑技术员工作3年以上；

Solid 3 years experience about injection moulding is required;
3.吃苦耐劳，工作主动、细心，服从安排；

Hard work spirit ,positivity,patient and good execution.
